Nexory Advanced Systems Pvt. Ltd. publishes the following policies for website visitors, customers, partners, and users of our AI software, automation systems, simulators, robotics, semiconductor equipment, and custom engineering solutions. Effective Date: July 8, 2026.

Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using our website, products, software, services, or applications, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us: Nexory Advanced Systems Pvt. Ltd. develops and supplies artificial intelligence solutions, industrial automation systems, motion simulators, robotics, semiconductor equipment, software applications, embedded systems, custom engineering solutions, research and development services, training, and technical consulting.

2. Acceptance of Terms: Using this website means you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, and any additional agreement signed with Nexory.

3. Intellectual Property: All software, source code, AI models, images, CAD files, drawings, documentation, videos, logos, product designs, and mechanical drawings remain the exclusive property of Nexory Advanced Systems Pvt. Ltd. No part may be copied, modified, reverse engineered, redistributed, or sold without written permission.

4. Product Information: We strive for accuracy, but specifications may change without notice, product images may differ from actual products, and features may vary depending on version.

5. Quotations, Orders, and Pricing: Unless otherwise mentioned, quotations remain valid for 30 days. Orders become confirmed only after purchase order, applicable advance payment, and written acceptance by Nexory. Prices are subject to change without notice. GST and applicable taxes are extra unless stated.

6. Custom Development: For custom projects, requirements must be approved in writing. Any change after approval may incur additional cost. Timelines depend on customer approvals.

7. Software License: Unless explicitly transferred, customers receive a non-exclusive license. Ownership remains with Nexory. Software may not be copied, decompiled, reverse engineered, or redistributed.

8. AI Services: AI outputs are generated automatically. Customers must verify all outputs before relying on them. Nexory is not responsible for decisions taken solely based on AI-generated information.

9. User Responsibilities: Customers agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, use products lawfully, and not misuse our services.

10. Limitation of Liability: Nexory shall not be liable for indirect damages, business interruption, data loss, loss of profits, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product or service.

11. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, supplier failures, war, or power failures.

12. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts where Nexory Advanced Systems Pvt. Ltd. is registered.

Privacy Policy

Nexory Advanced Systems Pvt. Ltd. values your privacy. We may collect name, email, phone number, company name, address, GST details, payment information, device information, browser details, IP address, cookies, and usage analytics.

We use information to process orders, provide support, improve products, send invoices, comply with law, and communicate updates. For AI services, customer-provided documents may be processed using AI models to provide requested services. We do not claim ownership of uploaded customer data.

We use cookies for login, analytics, preferences, and security. Users may disable cookies. We use industry-standard security practices, but no online system is completely secure.

We do not sell customer data. We may share information with payment gateways, logistics partners, cloud providers, and legal authorities where required. Data is retained only as long as necessary for legal compliance, accounting, and customer support.

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information, subject to applicable laws. Our services are not intended for children under 18 without parental supervision. We may update this policy at any time.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Standard product orders may be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation is not permitted. Custom-designed products cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has started.

Software licenses, downloads, digital products, AI subscriptions, and activation keys are non-refundable. Engineering, consulting, installation, training, and commissioning fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If products arrive damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours with photographs. Eligible cases may receive repair, replacement, or refund at Nexory's discretion. Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies only to physical products. We deliver across India, and international shipping is available upon request.

Standard products are usually dispatched within 3-10 business days. Custom products follow the agreed project schedule. We use reputed logistics providers, and tracking details will be shared after dispatch.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, strikes, courier delays, or government restrictions. Customers should inspect products immediately upon delivery and report any issue within 48 hours. Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranty & AMC Policy

Unless otherwise specified, Nexory provides a 12-month limited warranty from the invoice date. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal operating conditions.

Warranty does not cover physical damage, accidental damage, misuse, water damage, fire, power surge, improper installation, unauthorized repair, software modification, consumables, batteries, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear.

Software is warranted only to perform substantially according to documented specifications. Minor bugs and future feature requests are not considered warranty claims. For custom systems, warranty applies only to components supplied by Nexory. Third-party equipment follows the manufacturer's warranty.

AMC is optional and available after the warranty period. AMC may include preventive maintenance, remote diagnostics, software updates where applicable, priority technical support, calibration assistance, performance optimization, and scheduled health checks. Hardware replacement costs are extra unless specifically included in the AMC agreement.

Customers must operate equipment as instructed, maintain proper electrical supply, provide safe installation conditions, and allow service access. Warranty claims should include invoice copy, product serial number, issue description, and photos or videos if applicable. Support will respond within 2 business days.

Travel, lodging, and transportation charges may apply for on-site visits unless covered under warranty or AMC agreement. Nexory's liability under warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective products at its sole discretion.
